Gary Sinise Foundation 2020 Year-End Video2020 will long be remembered as a year of great difficulty. The COVID-19 pandemic and the economic hardship that followed have caused much pain and loss here at home and around the world. As we look back at this year, we'll always be reminded of loss, but it will also remind us of our collective strength, the fighting spirit of our first responders, and the unwavering commitment of our frontline and medical care workers to keep their fellow Americans healthy.
